Paired in about a minute

1. Install Moonside on both phones

   From the App Store or Google Play. No account and no sign-up.

2. Choose Baby on one and Parent on the other

   The Baby phone stays in the nursery and listens. The Parent phone stays with you.

3. Scan the QR code, in the same room

   Or type the 8-character code shown beneath it. The phones trust each other from then on, and the pairing is kept.

4. Plug the Baby phone in and lock it

   Monitoring continues with the screen locked. Hear the room on Wi-Fi or mobile data, anywhere both phones have a connection.

How it works, in more detail

Hear the room, not a screen

Moonside is audio only, on purpose. There is no camera in your child's room and no video feed to keep checking. A level meter shows at a glance how loud the room is, and the Hear Everything option switches the noise filtering off so soft sounds come through too.
